Privacy Policy

I am no good at legal jargon, nor do I intend to be. That being said, here is my self-written Privacy Policy:

Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics to see who has visited my site and from where they got the link.

The information gathered from Google Analytics is to satisfy my own curiosity. I do not track you individually, I do not know your name, and I will not know your email address unless you provide each of these to me via contact.

Everything Else

At the point of publishing this page (1/22/2014) I am not using anything else to track visitors. I may at any point decide that I’d like a wider base of information, and at that point this page will be updated.

How I Use the Information You Choose To Provide

Some people may want to get in touch with me via the Contact Form on my website. Any information that you provide to me is strictly and solely for the use of the conversation that initial contact may provide.

I do not share your information to anyone else in any way (unless requested by you for whatever reasons you may have).

Anything I’ve Left Out

I don’t sell personal information, I don’t collect information unless you want me to keep you in my books, and I refuse to do anything unsavory with provided information. I will not, and could not in good conscience, do anything with the information provided to me through tools or contact in a way that would corrupt the trust of the visitors to my site.

If I’ve left anything out, feel free to answer it yourself:
Is it bad? No I don’t do it.
Is it a gray area? I most likely err on the side of caution.
Anything more, feel free to just ask.

By visiting this site, you agree that I am a standup gentleman, that I don’t use any information in ways that make people distrust the internet, and that I won’t be sued for some really stupid issue, including but not limited to not having a Privacy Policy Page.
